Delays and Delivery Issues

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 24 hours at support@echelonleathers.com with photos/videos of the damage. We will investigate and either send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • For lost shipments, we will work with the courier to trace the package and, if necessary, offer a replacement or refund.  
     

International Shipping & Customs    

  • Customs duties, taxes, and any applicable fees for international shipments are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, but we will assist to ensure your package arrives promptly.
